Norwich-based communications agency celebrates a hat-trick of new client wins
At Plain Speaking Agency in Norwich we have much cause for celebration: we’ve won three competitive new business pitches in the last four weeks.
Reflecting our reach as an agency, Plain Speaking’s latest clients cover a range of sectors and locations. We’re excited to be working with Dipple & Conway Opticians as the company prepares to mark its Centenary in 2016. Plain Speaking is also supporting Nwes, the UK’s largest not-for-profit Enterprise Agency, on a variety of projects over the next 12 months. And finally, IPRS – a national firm providing specialist physiotherapy, rehabilitation and paramedic services – has appointed Plain Speaking to help raise its profile across a variety of sectors.
Pippa Lain-Smith, managing director of the Norwich PR agency, said: “We’re extremely excited to be working with Dipple & Conway, Nwes and IPRS. They are three very different organisations but each one excels in its sector. Successful and sustainable client relationships are at the heart of everything that we do; it’s not just about the new business pitch but about us providing ongoing value. As our name suggests, we avoid using unnecessary jargon and marketing gobbledygook. I really believe that PR has a role to play in every business and we’re proud that our clients trust us to represent them and be part of their teams.”
Pippa continues: “Our three new client wins signal exciting times for Plain Speaking. We refreshed our brand identity last year and moved into new, spacious offices in Sprowston. A former shop, it’s not the kind of office in which you’d typically expect to find a communications agency. However the light and airy space really stimulates productivity and creativity and our clients love coming to see us because we’re close enough to the city centre but have plenty of parking.”
Amber Davis is senior account director at Plain Speaking. “We believe that PR is all about engaging interest, inspiring loyalty and encouraging people to do business with you; and that’s something every organisation needs to take on board,” says Amber. “Our services include media relations; event planning; social media campaign planning; award and honour submissions; and copywriting for SEO and print channels and we’ll tailor make a PR programme to meet the needs of any business.”
