Plain Speaking has worked with FW Properties since the early days of construction. Our communications challenge was to reposition the media profile of Westlegate Tower: taking it from ‘eyesore’ status, to an aspirational apartment building with high potential to attract affluent residents and commerce in the heart of Norwich.
Plain Speaking organised a press preview day prior to the Westlegate properties going on sale, providing media with one-to-one interview opportunities as well as the chance to see the tower in its ‘before’ stage. The launch campaign generated a high volume of media coverage and all of the Westlegate Tower development properties were sold within nine months of the launch activity.
We continue to work with FW Properties identifying opportunities for positive coverage around the development as its completion grows closer.
